Camille Emmer brings 20 years of experience in music education and is now an academic advisor committed to helping students achieve both their academic and personal goals. She holds a Certificate in Academic Advising from Kansas State University (KSU) and will graduate with a Master’s in Academic Advising from KSU in August 2025. Camille also earned degrees in Music from the University of Utah and Music Education from Utah Valley University.

Outside of work, Camille enjoys running, biking, and playing the cello. She is passionate about learning new languages, reading, and cherishing time with her close-knit family in Salt Lake City. As the youngest of four siblings, Camille values family connections and looks forward to exploring new cultures through travel, with plans to visit Denmark, Austria, and Amsterdam.

Throughout her career, she has fostered supportive and inclusive environments, empowering students to pursue their passions and overcome challenges. Now transitioning into academic advising, Camille is eager to help students navigate higher education, clarify their goals, and make informed decisions for their success.
